In this course we will all become "networked" teachers and learners. We'll use 21st century technology to connect to other professionals; find, create and share content; and tap resources available in our local school district, across the country and around the world. We'll practice using a range of communication and internet tools and strategies to develop a rich and personal learning network. We'll develop the skills, competencies, and orientation to leverage these tools for our own learning and that of our students.
While most work will be done individually, the class meets seven times online on Saturdays (tentatively 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
$ 850; optional three graduate credits, additional $350
